What is DRK?
Device Root key or in short term DRK is an encrypted number for device and used for system identification whether it is Official or tempered.
When This error occurred?
This error occurs whenever Bootloader detects custom changes in the File system, Not matched DRK Key with official binaries or when someone flashes Custom ROM in an improper way.
How to Fix/Bypass DRK (DM-Verity Error)
STEP 1:
Boot your Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE into Download. Press and hold Power button + Home Button + Volume down button for 4 to 6 seconds until you see Warning Text. Now press volume up button to enter into Download Mode.
STEP 2:
Download TWRP Custom recovery file for your Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE from link below and flash the file via ODIN.
Before flashing the the file you have to download the latest version of ODIN.
- Download ODIN.
- Install ODIN.
- Open ODIN.
- Connect Your Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE with your PC via Micro USB Cable.
- Now you will see (Added!!) text in Log. That means your mobile is connected with PC and ready to Flash with ODIN.
STEP 3:
Click on "AP" button and select TWRP custom recovery file from your PC and click on "START" button. TWRP Custom recovery will start installing on your Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE. After 10 to 12 seconds your mobile will restart and turn on into custom recovery and your mobiles Internal Storage will open in your PC.
STEP 4:
Download Custom Rom and Open GApps from link below and copy into the internal storage of your Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE. Now disconnect the USB Cable from your Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE.
STEP 5:
Click on "Wipe" option in TWRP Custom recovery Menu and wipe Dalvik/Art Cache, System, Data and Cache.
STEP 6:
Click on "Install" option in TWRP Custom Recovery and Install Lineage 18.1 Custom rom and Open GApps. When the installing process is complete, Now restart your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
